Coaching Path 1 consists of 3 coaching sessions plus a full personality report and development plan.

On completion of Coaching Path 1, you will:

George

George is leading a successful business based in Cork and he knows it has huge potential to expand. He has detailed business plans, forecasts, finance proposals and has even informally pitched his ideas to colleagues and professionals in the field. His plans are solid but he is not making the next moves and feels stuck. George wondered ‘what do I need to do to make this happen?’ 

George realises he needs to ‘see differently to do differently’. Taking a step back he started a coaching process to solve why he was not progressing his ideas. The MBTI personality tool confirmed George’s introverted sensing style; dependable and meticulous, George prefers to work independently and systematically in a stable work environment. This insight showed him why he was stuck – his reluctance to spend time engaging and persuading people against his preference to focus on the detail and the product delivery. He has decided to hire a business development manager; and will focus on where he excels – freeing him up to get on with what sparks his day, and to setting up a thriving business.
Katie
Katie consistently and persistently went after her goals but after a decade in the management game, job satisfaction seems like a distant memory. She is frustrated by her many people management responsibilities and longs to take a step back and reassess where she is going with her career. So, she is investing time in getting to know her personality type and the growing self-awareness and insight feels like a breath of fresh air. She is particularly struck by her ‘thinking’ style and feels motivated to find work that aligns with her strengths – thinking strategically, analysing and innovating. She has decided to branch out on her own as a consultant and work strategically with companies.
