A note from our Founder
I know from my own experience how meaningful this kind of work can be. Through it, I’ve found more calm and courage in myself, and that’s a big part of why the work means so much to me.
I love creating experiences that give people time to step away from the everyday. To think, talk, explore, laugh, learn from themselves and each other, and sometimes surprise themselves.
The person matters, not just the leader, the role or the job they do. One of the things I love most about this work is seeing someone discover something for themselves and what becomes possible from there.
