Coaching Path 2 focuses on turning awareness into action.

Stepping from awareness to doing.

You know all change needs resources. Many you already have, others you may be overlooking or have neglected for a while.  Using an evidence based therapeutic system called IFS (Internal Family Systems) that works with all of your parts, let’s see what you already have and what you might need for this new adventure.

Through a dynamic 3 step process, you will:

Get to know yourself - all that you already have for the journey

Map the unknown within and without, open up new possibilities, decide what you can leave behind

Begin your journey - lighter and smarter.

Coaching Path 2 consists of 8-10 coaching sessions plus a full personality profile report and development plan.

On completion of Coaching path 2, you will:

At the end of our work together, the tools we use will be available to you as a resource for your lifelong personal development.

Coaching Path 2 - Sea Beyond Now.

Seeing different. Doing different. Being different.

Neil

Over the years, Neil pursued success at any cost. Granted he had a good marriage, two kids in college and a healthy bank account but the long hours were taking their toll on his body; and the waves of adrenaline are leaving him feeling exhausted most evenings. Privately, he wonders if he can keep up with the demands of owning his own business.

A friend recommended that he try coaching and Neil is now working with the different parts of his personality. He is realising how to listen to his body and be clear about the tension he is holding and how it affects him physically and mentally. He is also looking at his beliefs, ideas that worked for him as a young man but maybe no longer serve him. This self-reflection is new for Neil but he is finding it really illuminating.

He is also becoming aware of his unexamined belief he must make others happy even if neglecting his own happiness. Neil is starting to prioritize his time and feeling a new sense of purpose. He is finding he is over analyzing less and feels more confident about using his intuitive thinking style. Neil is finding himself to be happier and more energised to lead his team to communicate with his family and to live his life.

Emma

Emma is 15 years into a successful career as a technical specialist. She works internationally and has a great lifestyle. She has always been absorbed by her work, loves being in control, loves being an expert but has noticed that since the pandemic her enthusiasm for work is not what it used to be; and life sometimes feels like it is just happening to her.
She started with a few coaching sessions and through a better understanding of her personality she was reminded that she is a strong extrovert and makes decisions based on how she feels about something; these parts of her are often neglected in her largely solitary fact-based work. This insight allowed Emma to acknowledge she really does not want to continue in her current role but parts of her worry about making a change; leaving behind things that served her well, the security, being liked and respected. She is looking at these different parts of her personality and exploring options that would help her move into her ideal career; one that would allow her work with people. She’s also exploring her personal value system and she’s intrigued by how her values impact her decision making. This exploration has proven invaluable in understanding the parts of her that are resisting her decision to make big changes in her life. It’s a gradual process but she can feel and see the benefits of the small incremental changes she is making each day.
